If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can request to return your item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, please contact email@example.com for a return authorization and return label. Make sure to include the reason for your return please.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A return shipping label will be sent out free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
